Our Fees
At Hawkshaw Ltd, we are dedicated to providing exceptional services for securing refunds from HMRC (Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs) efficiently. Our standard fee for handling your refund claim is 48% inclusive of all charges, where applicable, on any refund amount obtained for you. This fee is deducted from the refunded amount we recover from HMRC on your behalf. Additionally, we have set a minimum fee of £50 inclusive of VAT for all successful claims.
In certain cases where you already have a refund in progress with HMRC before seeking our assistance, we may consider a partial refund of our fee if you provide satisfactory evidence. For cheque re-issuance requests, a fee of £29.99 will apply, but it will be waived if the value of the cheque is less than £29.99 or if the re-issue is due to our mistake.
Our dedicated team is committed to efficiently securing tax refunds from HMRC on your behalf. When we receive the tax rebate, whether it’s a cheque or a bank transfer from HMRC, we promptly send out your payment in the form of a cheque. The cheque is delivered to the address provided in your application and includes a detailed breakdown of the refund amount from HMRC, our fee, the VAT, and the final amount due to you.
